Sales Development Representative (Entry-level)

We’re growing and we are looking to add a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to our fast-paced and customer-oriented Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying enterprise leads for a team of enterprise Account Executives.

Location: We’re looking to hire this person anywhere between the PST - EST timezone.

In the SDR role, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for enterprise leads to help increase interest through discovery and education
  • Make a high volume of calls & send a high volume of emails on a daily basis
  • Contact and qualify leads to set appointments for Account Executives
  • Have informative and productive conversations with high-quality prospects
  • Be accountable for generating a quota of qualified opportunities each month
  • Foster and maintain a cohesive, productive, and collaborative relationship with both the Marketing and Sales teams

Who you are: 

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Salesloft and other online sales enablement tools
  • Working knowledge of Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator and other online prospecting tools 
  • A hunger not just to get results right the first time, but also to improve them for the future
  • Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability and foresight to consolidate and simplify your daily tasks in order to scale systems and processes across larger teams
  • A positive attitude and desire to win are a must.
